Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join the Mechanical Team, supporting delivery across multi-disciplined projects. Based in an office in Manchester, you may work on-site with a commissioning engineer during project phases, with a supportive team and clear progression opportunities.

You will undertake calculations, liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, and help approve drawings while contributing to health and safety documentation and commissioning plans as

Qualifications

• Graduated or due to graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng) or MSc.
• Valid driving licence is required.
• Confidence, motivation and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong organisational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to deliver engineering projects from concept to client hand back.
• undertake engineering calculation and utilise digital techniques to produce the design.
• Liaise with Sub-Contractors & Suppliers.
• Approve Drawings and Designs of Suppliers.
• Oversee the activity of Sub-Contractors & Suppliers on Site.
• Assist with maintaining safety culture, documentation and commissioning plans.
