Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Bracknell - January Start

A thriving and inclusive school in Bracknell is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team in January. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is considering a career in education, psychology, social work or youth mentoring and wants to gain hands‑on experience working with children who need additional support in the classroom.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, compassionate, and proactive graduate who can engage positively with students and support them in their learning and personal development. You'll be working closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to provide tailored support to pupils.

  • Working 1:1 with students or in small groups, either in the classroom or within the Learning Support department
