Job description
Graduate Landscape Architect

Our client is a highly respected, award-winning landscape architecture practice with a growing team of 15 professionals. Based in the heart of the South Downs National Park, the studio is known for its strong design ethos, collaborative culture, and long-standing commitment to sustainability.

The Practice

This is a design-led studio delivering work across all sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

The portfolio includes:

  • Strategic masterplanning
  • Private estates

  • Schools and education projects
  • Heritage and conservation schemes

The Role

You will work across a diverse range of projects from concept through to delivery, collaborating closely with senior team members and clients. In addition to project work, the practice actively encourages involvement in collaborative internal teams, giving you a genuine voice within the studio and the opportunity to help shape its future direction.

Working Arrangements & Benefits
  • Hybrid working after probation (3 days in the office / 2 from home)
  • Flexible working hours between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
  • 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays)
