Our client, a leading and established US Law Firm is seeking a Graduate HR Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking to expand their HR function within the firm, seeking a Graduate HR Administrator to join them at an exciting time.

This is the ideal role for someone with Administration experience either looking to get into their first HR role, or someone with some HR Administration experience looking to transfer into a successful Law Firm. You will also be a Graduate and hold a degree in any discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and circulate officewide communications
  • Monitor the HR inboxes
  • Updating and maintain internal systems and databases
  • Prepare letters as required for staff
  • Undertake adhoc HR project work
  • Act as the main contact for all queries and calculations
  • Complete HRrelated administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
  • Responsible for managing and updating HR diaries and calendars
Key Experience
  • Degreeeducated
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in an Administration role or HR Administration role, looking to transfer into a position within a Law firm
  • Good IT skills and able to pick up new software with ease
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Keenness in progressing within an HR role
