You’ll initially report to an Engineering Manager, and work alongside dedicated and passionate engineering teams. There will also be opportunities to extend your network to activities on other projects and portfolios across the UK.
You will complete a two‑year development programme whilst providing recognised contributions to the success of the services teams. During the programme, you have the opportunity to complete a series of rotations around other functions and projects in Alstom's portfolio, to gain a wider understanding of the business and services operation. We are most interested in you developing your knowledge during your time on the scheme, as well as growing your experience and leadership skills by working with a wide range of industry professionals.
