Responsibilities

As a graduate, masters, or early career consultant, your main responsibilities are project design and delivery. As you progress, you’ll develop the competencies necessary to support projects and deliverables, beginning to gain exposure and experience across a number of disciplines, sectors, and geographies while working towards your chosen professional registration.

Qualifications

We are seeking people with technical & personal skills, knowledge, and interest in the areas below. You wouldn't be expected to have all knowledge in these areas, but an appreciation of some would be an advantage.

  • Have the ability and desire to work in a team environment.
  • An interest in working in and improving the Built Environment.
  • A desire to work constructively in a team, finding holistic building design solutions.
  • Can demonstrate digital skills and software proficiency relevant to the role.
  • Data analytical skills.
  • Coding or programming skills in languages such as VBA, Visual Studio, Python, and C+, amongst others, are desirable.
  • Understanding of quality assurance systems.
  • General understanding of the building regulations.
  • Have experience of working within a similar role (if you have been previously employed in the industry).
