Mott MacDonald Bentley in Glasgow is seeking an enthusiastic Early Careers Electrical Engineer to join our water sector team. You’ll contribute to outline and detailed electrical designs, and work closely with commercial and construction teams to develop practical, safe solutions.

This role offers a structured Early Careers Development Programme and a pathway to Chartered status. You will prepare technical drawings, reports and health and safety assessments, while engaging with clients to build

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng) or MSc
• Excellent verbal communication with clients and team
• Excellent written communication with attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate technical drawings and reports
• Methodical approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

• Prepare outline and detailed electrical engineering designs and calculations.
• Produce technical and commercial specifications, drawings and schedules.
• Collaborate with commercial and construction teams to develop practical, safe solutions across design and build stages.
• Prepare documents, reports and health and safety risk assessments.
• Engage with Client relationships and support project aims as part of One-Team approach.
