Mott MacDonald Bentley is recruiting an Electrical Engineer (Early Careers) to contribute to outline and detailed electrical designs across water, energy and environment sectors. The role involves preparing calculations, specifications and drawings, and collaborating with commercial and construction teams to deliver safe, practical solutions.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng) or MSc, strong communication skills, and a methodical approach to problem

Qualifications

• Graduated or due to graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering (BEng) or a post graduate qualification (MSc).
• Excellent verbal communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail, with ability to produce accurate technical drawings and reports.
• Methodical approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outline and detailed electrical engineering designs and calculations.
• Produce technical and commercial specifications, drawings and schedules.
• Collaborate with commercial and construction teams to develop safe, efficient design solutions.
• Prepare documents, reports and health and safety risk assessments.
• Engage with Clients to manage relationships and support project aims.
