Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is a leading design and build contractor delivering water and wastewater projects in the UK. We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer to shape electrical functions from concept to commissioning, ensuring integration with MCCs, LV distribution, cables, instrumentation, and networks.

You will work on UK water market projects, mentor graduates, and collaborate with clients to achieve project aims while complying with standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Chartered or incorporated with a professional institution (e.g., ICE, IMechE) or equivalent experience
• Experience delivering high-quality outputs with design, quality and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review electrical designs for water treatment equipment
• Produce and review technical specifications and schedules for procurement
• Supervise and mentor Graduates and Engineers
• Contribute to design standards and client relationships
