Tilbury Douglas is recruiting a Graduate Construction Manager to learn on live site projects in Birmingham and the West Midlands. You’ll rotate across core areas with experienced mentors, gaining hands-on experience in site operations, planning, and delivery while pursuing CIOB accreditation.

• Must have a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or related discipline (2:2 or above).
• Full UK driving licence or working towards by February 2027.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Good written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and take responsibility.
• Keen eye for detail, safety, and quality in site work.

Responsabilidades

• Assist day-to-day site operations to keep works safe, on programme and efficient.
• Support coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Contribute to planning meetings, progress reviews and project updates.
• Monitor quality standards, health and safety compliance, and environmental performance.
• Help manage site logistics, temporary works and sequencing of activities.
• Develop understanding of commercial processes, including cost control and reporting.
• Produce and maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
