Tilbury Douglas invites graduates to join a two-year Graduate Development Programme on site-based projects in Birmingham, working with experienced site managers and delivery teams to learn planning, coordination and safe, high-quality delivery.

You'll rotate across key areas, support subcontractors, monitor safety and progress, develop leadership and project reporting skills, and work towards CIOB accreditation while making a real difference in communities.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Construction Management or related discipline (2:2 or above).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with a practical approach.
• Good written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
• Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm to learn and take on responsibility.

Aufgaben

• Assist with day-to-day management of site operations to keep works safe and on programme.
• Support coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Contribute to planning meetings, progress reviews and project updates.
• Monitor quality, health and safety compliance and environmental performance.
• Help manage site logistics, temporary works and sequencing of activities.
• Develop understanding of commercial processes including cost control and reporting.
• Produce and maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
