As a Graduate Construction (Site) Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience from day one, working alongside experienced site managers, project managers and delivery teams. You'll support the planning, coordination and delivery of live construction projects, helping to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
You’ll develop a strong understanding of how projects are delivered from start to finish, building your technical, organisational and leadership skills while contributing to important buildings and infrastructure that make a real difference to the communities they serve.
This is a site-based role, with your initial project expected to be based in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
