Qualifications

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (2:2 or above).
• Demonstrated cost management and numerical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to undertake professional accreditation toward RICS.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cost estimates, budgets and tender submissions.
• Support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers to achieve value.
• Track and monitor project costs, valuations and payments.
• Assist in risk, opportunity and variation management.
• Produce clear reports and documentation for clients and teams.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
