Tilbury Douglas is offering a Graduate Construction Manager role based primarily in Warrington, North West, with rotation across key site teams to build hands-on experience from day one.

You’ll work alongside experienced managers to plan, coordinate and deliver live projects, developing technical, leadership and organisational skills toward CIOB accreditation and a Chartered Construction Manager status.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management or related discipline (2:2 or above).
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with a practical, proactive approach.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day management of site operations to keep works safe, on programme and efficient.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Contribute to planning meetings, progress reviews and project updates.
• Monitor quality standards, health and safety compliance, and environmental performance.
• Help manage site logistics, temporary works and sequencing of construction activities.
• Develop understanding of commercial processes including cost control and project reporting.
• Produce and maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
