The Role – Graduate Behaviour Mentor:

As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will work with pupils aged 11–16, helping them to manage behaviour, improve engagement, and develop self-confidence. You’ll provide 1:1 support and run small group interventions, using positive reinforcement and behaviour management strategies to keep students on track both academically and socially.

This Graduate Behaviour Mentor position is perfect for Psychology graduates or those with relevant experience in coaching, care, or other youth-focused roles. The role calls for a strong personality, patience, and the ability to build trust while maintaining boundaries.
