GRADUATE ANALYST CONSULTANT – Numerate Graduate (Maths, Data Science, Quant degrees preferred)

Location

Farnborough Office (Hybrid – 3 days in office/2 days remote)

Salary

£32,000 plus excellent benefits

What we’re looking for

• Graduate entry level candidates (data science, analytics, or related quantitative degree) with demonstrable experience in applying Machine Learning to real world problems. Need to be skilled using Python/R and statistical analysis – recent graduates or early career professional welcome.
• The role will be working in a team of 4 on a particular project where Machine Learning is key. You will also have the opportunity to work on wider analytical projects related to airport operations, airspace capacity and air traffic management.
• The role would suit a self‑directed learner capable of developing technical skills independently who has logical problem‑solving and project‑management skills. Being able to communicate findings and work collaboratively is essential.
• They are looking for someone who thrives in a project environment where they will be the data expert contributing to broader aviation projects, not just another analyst in a data company.
• No aviation experience required – they provide domain training.

Graduate staff responsibilities

• Contribute to our project portfolio across all business areas.
• Show willingness to take on responsibility and client‑facing tasks from day one, with support from other team members.
• Work with senior staff, coaches and mentors to identify an accelerated career development plan.
