A local healthcare provider in Hull is seeking a part-time GP Receptionist to manage patient appointments and provide support to a multidisciplinary team. Duties include greeting patients, managing prescriptions, and handling incoming calls. Ideal candidates have excellent communication skills and experience in a healthcare setting. Responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointments, processing of information and assisting patients as required. To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquiries for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
The Bridge Group Practice works within two purpose built premises in the West and North Hull. We serve 8500+ patients, we are part of the NEXUS Primary Care Network, comprising of 4 local practices.
We are a GMS practice. Our clinical software is Systm One and we are paper light. We achieve highly in QOF and provide a range of Enhanced Services. Our C.Q.C. inspection in 2016 was rated GOOD but, our main strengths lie in our commitment to the ideals of a traditional family practice with strong ties in our local population and good working relationship with our neighboring practices.
We have an Advanced Nurse Prescriber, and a Nurse Practitioner In addition we have two highly motivated and experienced nurses who, along with our two healthcare assistants take care of much of our long term conditions monitoring. The practice is fortunate in having excellent administration and reception staff at both sites
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am- 12.30pm and Wednesday 8am - 6pm
