Job summary

VWFS UK is seeking a Risk Control Officer to provide extensive administration and analytical support for the Enterprise Risk Management framework. You will support the Enterprise Risk Committee, the Operational Risk & Financial Crime Risk Committee, and collaborate with the Risk Control team, Senior Management, and up to Board of Management level to ensure high-quality risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Solid previous experience within Automotive finance or the banking industry.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for minute taking and production of committee packs; crucial that committee minutes reflect discussions.
• Ability to treat confidential conversations and information with discretion.
• Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while paying attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate at all levels including Senior Management.

Responsibilities

• Develops and prepares all agendas through consultation with relevant Chair and senior management.
• Collates and organises materials for committees; reviews data for consistency, accuracy and timeliness.
• Distributes meeting packs electronically within agreed timeframes.
• Produces accurate and comprehensive minutes reflecting confidential discussions.
• Manages and owns risk committees meeting schedules and board reporting calendars.
• Oversees annual review of Terms of Reference for risk committees and ERC.
