Qualifications

  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills with proven ability to manage upwards and downwards.
  • Strive for excellence by being methodical and diligent with attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical subjects concisely.
  • Experience in drafting and improving existing processes.
  • Digitally competent and able to present information clearly.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in UK retail utilities/UK Smart Metering (desirable).
  • University graduate or of graduate caliber.
  • Understanding of industry codes and governance (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrating best practice in meeting governance.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Coordinating multiple committee meetings.
  • Reviewing documents for accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintaining meeting planners and ensuring timelines are adhered to.
  • Preparing meeting documentation and managing actions.
  • Drafting accurate and concise meeting minutes.
  • Contributing to monthly reporting on team activities.
  • Continuously improving team processes.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.
