Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering technical training in classroom and hands-on settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical training to customers, distributors and internal teams.
• Conduct classroom sessions and practical hands-on training across Rapiscan products and technologies.
• Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Review and update training materials, user manuals and presentations.
• Maintain accurate training records, student feedback and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate and perform administrative tasks related to training delivery and reporting.
• Communicate effectively across diverse teams and cultures, both verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to support training goals.
• Apply project management and presentation skills to resolve complex issues and deliver impactful training.
• Provide ongoing feedback on training effectiveness, customer needs and areas for improvement.
• Support global training initiatives as needed.
