Job summary

Genetec seeks a Dedicated Support Engineer for the EMEA region within its Professional Services team. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, collaborating with cross-functional groups to strengthen client relationships and resolve complex security platform challenges.

You will travel across Europe for on-site missions, conduct system audits, and provide hands-on training to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and optimal system performance.

Qualifications
