Job summary

Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions UK Limited is seeking a seasoned trainer and SME to develop and deliver training on advanced vehicle electronics and diagnostics. The role involves leading sessions for instructors and technicians, plus representing Schaeffler REPXPERT at UK and Ireland events.

The ideal candidate has MasterTech or equivalent experience, fluent English, and a willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and update training modules focusing on advanced vehicle electronics and diagnostics.
Lead theory and practical sessions to a high standard for apprentices to technicians.
Serve as SME for engine management, transmission systems and electronics; represent REPXPERT at UK and Ireland events.
Collaborate with Warranty Department on technical evaluations and effective feedback to claimants.
Be prepared to travel around the North of England, Scotland and Ireland with in-person trainings.
Occasional European travel to train/train-the-trainer with colleagues.
Maintain professional communication with internal and external colleagues, customers and service providers.
