Escape Recruitment is partnering with a global engineering organisation to recruit a Sales Manager. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and drafting technical/commercial proposals to negotiating contracts and securing orders.

Based in Scotland with a hybrid pattern (3 days on site, 2 remote) and international travel, you will build strategic relationships across international markets and collaborate with engineering, project management and sales teams to

Competenze

• Experience in technical sales in engineering or other technically complex B2B sectors.
• Experience managing complex contracts and selling engineered products or solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate technical requirements into customer-focused solutions.

• Managing complex technical sales opportunities, ensuring sales and margin targets are achieved.
• Developing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across international markets.
