Workforce Staffing Ltd on behalf of a specialist engineering manufacturer seeks a Technical Sales Representative for UK-based international travel. You will cultivate relationships with distributors, drive sales across international markets and provide technical support throughout the pipeline.

The role combines technical understanding with commercial acumen, offering travel to meet customers and participate in trade shows.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering or technical sales is advantageous
• Full training provided for right candidate
• Ability to work with international distributors and travel internationally

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow relationships with international distributors and agents
• Develop and implement sales and marketing plans with distributors
• Provide high-level technical support to customers and distributors
• Understand customer requirements and advise on product specifications
• Support customers from enquiry to order
• Visit customers and distributors internationally to build relationships
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Attend international trade shows and events to generate opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering, production and aftersales teams to meet requirements
• Maintain CRM records and manage sales forecast and reports
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Work with Sales & Marketing Manager to grow market share
• Negotiate pricing in line with guidelines
• Provide cover for team members during absences
• Support marketing campaigns and events
• Update website and social media content
• Coordinate marketing materials and SEO activities
• Conduct market research for new opportunities
