Job summary

Orion Electrotech Ltd is recruiting a Technical Sales Executive to drive relationships with customers worldwide and support high-value projects from concept through to delivery.

You will travel extensively (up to 75%), visit customer sites internationally to assess technical requirements and provide tailored commercial proposals while collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a technical sales background in a face-to-face environment.
• Ability to learn technical products and explain complex concepts simply.
• Strong commercial awareness with quotations, pricing and negotiations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across international territories (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with customers across global markets.
• Visit customer sites internationally to understand technical requirements and business needs.
• Provide tailored solutions and commercial proposals.
• Support projects from initial enquiry through to order placement and handover.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and operations teams to deliver best outcomes.
• Identify market opportunities and support growth initiatives.
• Represent the business at international exhibitions and events.
