You will develop deep product knowledge and support customers across UK, Europe and Middle East, with hybrid working in the South East and occasional travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer briefings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
• Support customer onboarding and product training activities.
• Visit customer sites to investigate technical issues and provide recommendations.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Represent the business at exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
