Job summary

Fareham Introduction Saab UK seeks a UK-based Radar Instructor to support our sensor system portfolio. The role includes planning and delivering operator and maintainer courses across sensor systems at Fareham and customer locations, with developing educational materials and contributing to technical publications.

You will travel as needed within the UK and globally, keeping customer needs at the forefront while maintaining Saab's standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience with radar or sophisticated electronic systems.
• Teaching or instructional experience is required.
• National Security Vetting clearance at SC level or ability to obtain it.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within UK and globally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver operator and maintainer courses on sensor systems.
• Administration and reporting of training events.
• Operate and fault-find on customer sensor systems to enhance training.
• Solicit, compile, analyse and react to student feedback.
• Provide SME input into sensor technical publications and demonstrations.
