Job summary

Fareham Introduction Saab UK is seeking a UK-based Radar Instructor to support sensor systems operations and training across UK and international sites.

You will plan and deliver operator and maintainer courses, administer events, fault-find on customer systems, and contribute to technical publications and demonstrations. Travel may be required to meet customer needs and site requirements. The role requires collaboration in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with radar or sophisticated electronic systems is essential.
• Teaching or instructional experience required in a technical environment.
• Ability to work in a complex customer-facing setting with problem-solving and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver operator and maintainer courses on sensor systems.
• Administer and report training events as required.
• Operate and fault-find on customer sensor systems to enhance training.
• Solicit, analyse and respond to student feedback from multiple sources.
• Provide SME input into sensor technical publications and demonstrations.
