Job summary

Hozelock, a leading UK gardening brand, seeks a commercially driven Product Manager to grow and optimise the portfolio across the UK and international markets. You will analyse data, identify market opportunities and influence commercial decisions that drive growth, reporting to the International Category Manager - Watering.

The role is full-time and based in Minworth, Sutton Coldfield, with one day remote per week.

Qualifications

Experience in Product Management or related commercial role.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Excellent commercial awareness and financial understanding.
Experience interpreting sales data and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Analyse sales, margin, pricing and product performance data.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and product range performance.
Conduct competitor and market research to support product positioning and commercial decisions.
Support product lifecycle management, including range reviews and discontinuations.
Create product training materials and support UK and international sales teams.
Drive packaging and product presentation improvements.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver category objectives.
