Job summary

Hozelock, a market-leading gardening brand in the UK, seeks a commercially driven Product Manager to grow and optimise our portfolio across the UK and international markets. You’ll analyse data, understand customer needs, and identify market opportunities to influence commercial decisions.

This full-time, permanent role reports to the International Category Manager – Watering. The position is based at Minworth, Sutton Coldfield, with one day from home, and you’ll collaborate with Sales,

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management or Category Management or a similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Excellent commercial awareness and financial understanding.
• Experience interpreting sales data and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse sales, margin, pricing and product performance data.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability and product range performance.
• Conduct competitor and market research to support product positioning and commercial decisions.
• Support product lifecycle management, including range reviews and discontinuations.
• Create product training materials and support UK and international sales teams.
• Drive packaging and product presentation improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to deliver category objectives.
