Job summary

Simprints is seeking a hands-on Head of People Operations to sharpen our HR foundations and ensure consistency across all countries we operate in. You will advise managers on employee relations, validate contracts per local law, refine onboarding, and lead the annual company offsite from agenda to execution.

You will champion our culture, balance staff needs with business priorities, and drive HR data accuracy while exploring AI to reduce admin work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR with leadership experience.
• Experience advising managers on ER cases and HR policies.
• Knowledge of employment law across multiple countries.
• Experience with HRIS and data governance.
• Ability to lead cross-country offsite planning.

Responsibilities

• Culture carrier, upholding and embedding company values across a remote, multi-country team.
• Oversee employee relations, grievances, and performance matters with fair processes.
• Ensure contracts and policies comply with local laws in each country.
• Audit and tighten onboarding, offboarding, probation, and performance processes.
• Leverage AI to speed HR tasks while safeguarding data privacy.
• Own HR data accuracy, payroll support, and leadership reporting.
• Plan and run the annual company offsite end-to-end.
• Coach managers with practical tools and training.
• Communicate policy clearly and handle difficult conversations empathetically.
