Job summary

Kooth Digital Health in London is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery and continuous improvement of People Operations across the UK and US, reporting to VP of People & IT. You will oversee a team of three Generalists and partner with stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee experience.

The role requires CIPD or SHRM accreditation, hands-on HRIS experience (Rippling), and a proactive approach to payroll, benefits, data governance, and health & safety.

Qualifications

• Experience managing People Operations across UK and US.
• Hands-on HRIS administration and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of UK and US employment law and data governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
