Job summary

Salience Labs is seeking a proactive People Operations Lead to own BAU, ensure compliance across the UK, US, and other geographies, and drive a high-performing culture as we scale.

You will manage onboarding, HRIS systems such as Humaans, policy documentation, and employee records, while partnering with leadership to embed processes and data-driven decision making.

This role is ideal for an organised, detail-oriented operator who can balance multi-country needs and build scalable People processes.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR or People Operations roles, ideally in scaling environments.
• Strong knowledge of UK and US employment law.
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and maintaining high data integrity.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day People Operations and compliance across geographies.
• Maintain audit-ready employee records across geographies.
• Manage contracts, policies, and documentation.
• Own and optimise HRIS and People tooling (Humaans, ATS).
• Provide data and reporting to support leadership decisions.
• Support onboarding and employee experience processes.
