Job summary

Kooth is seeking a People Operations Manager in London to lead the day‑to‑day delivery of People Operations across the UK and US. You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into scalable, compliant processes and build an excellent employee experience.

You will manage a team of three People Operations Generalists, oversee HRIS and payroll, and ensure compliance with UK/US employment laws. The role requires CIPD/SHRM accreditation and hands‑on HRIS expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing People Operations services and leading a small team.
• Experience supporting employees and managers across the UK and US.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems, automation, and data governance.
• Knowledge of UK and US employment law and payroll processes.
• CIPD or SHRM accreditation is required.
• Experience with Rippling is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of People Operations UK & US.
• Translate priorities into processes, workflows and service standards.
• Monitor delivery and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead a three‑person People Operations Generalist team.
• Manage HRIS, payroll and benefits across UK/US; ensure compliance and data accuracy.
