Qualifications

• 2+ years in People Operations, HR, or administrative roles.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Builder's mindset: improve and automate processes.
• Strong communicator with all levels from grads to founders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, operations, offboarding.
• Manage HRIS and payroll platforms, ensuring data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Run a seamless onboarding experience for new joiners and careful offboarding.
• Continuously improve and automate people processes to scale.
• Support broader team on ad hoc requests and employee experience initiatives.
