Job summary

Raylo is seeking a Senior Systems & Operations Lead to own and scale the operational backbone of our People function as we grow internationally. You will report to the Director of People and join the London-based People Ops team, driving AI-enabled processes and scalable HR operations.

You will steward contracts, onboarding, policy, and data, while shaping compliant, efficient People workflows across multiple jurisdictions and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive value.

Qualifications

• AI fluency beyond buzzwords.
• Solid People Ops foundations: systems, compliance, contracts, policy, data.
• Experience scaling People processes across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to think in systems and optimise processes; implement scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Own HR systems and people data.
• Own and improve People Ops—from contracts to onboarding and policy.
• Drive compliance and policy, including UK employment and US contractor compliance.
• Own L&D infrastructure and workplace experience, line-manage Office Managers in Belfast and London.
• Build AI into People Ops workflows and provide self-serve tools for managers and employees.
