Qualifications

• Strong background in HR or People Operations, with scale-up experience.
• Solid knowledge of UK and US employment law.
• Experience maintaining high data integrity in HRIS systems.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented with strong process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day People Operations and compliance across geographies.
• Maintain audit-ready employee records and contracts across geographies.
• Manage HRIS workflows and ensure data integrity and reporting.
