Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on People Ops experience in a growing, international business.
• Experience with UK People administration and EOR arrangements.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confidentiality and data handling expertise; clear, kind communication and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Prepare and quality-check employment contracts and amendments.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in People systems.
• Be the go-to for day-to-day People questions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and international EOR arrangements; support right-to-work checks and compliance.
