Job summary

Lovable is hiring a People Operations Lead to scale systems, processes and operating rhythms as we grow across Sweden, the UK, the US and beyond. You’ll lead a regional People Ops team, own HRIS, payroll, compliance and contractor risk, and build documentation, reporting and AI-native self-service foundations that keep People Ops clear and reliable at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in People/HR Operations with leadership of specialists.
• Experience in AI-native or fast-scaling tech environments.
• Direct multi-country payroll, benefits and compliance experience (Sweden/UK/US a plus).
• Track record designing scalable People Ops systems in high growth.
• Strong stakeholder management with data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to balance speed with rigor, privacy-by-design and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global People Ops team across regions and mature delivery.
• Own the employee lifecycle operating model with scalable workflows and data integrity.
• Oversee Payroll, Benefits & Compliance with audit-ready documentation.
• Own HRIS strategy end-to-end (HiBob and adjacent tools) and AI-ready foundations.
• Design processes, playbooks and self-service experiences with AI-assisted options.
