Job summary

Goodstack is hiring a People Operations Generalist in London to own day-to-day processes behind the employee experience. You’ll manage onboarding, changes and offboarding, contracts and payroll inputs, and keep HRIS data accurate while coordinating our EOR setup across multiple countries.

You’ll work with the Head of People & Culture, ensuring precise documentation and compliant processes. A proactive mindset and love of simple, scalable systems are key.

Qualifications

• Experience running People/HR ops in a fast-moving organisation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and escalation when needed.
• Ability to manage recurring processes and deadlines.
• Comfort with HRIS, payroll, benefits, and documentation.
• Knowledge of UK employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day People operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Prepare contracts, amendments, and employment documentation.
• Run onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS and employee data.
• Coordinate EOR platform and international staff administration.
• Prepare payroll inputs and administer benefits.
• Support immigration and right-to-work administration.
• Act as first point of contact for People queries.
• Coordinate performance and compensation-cycle administration.
• Maintain People policies and templates.
• Produce recurring People data and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes.
• Support engagement and employee-experience initiatives.
