Formación

• 4+ years in People Operations, Talent, Recruiting, or Program Management, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing people workflows, data, and reporting.
• Experience supporting international team members or candidates, developing processes that optimise for ideal experiences.
• A clear track record of simplifying or rebuilding inefficient operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Guide new team members through a seamless onboarding journey, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.
• Support career milestones, promotions, parental leave, relocations, and transitions by coordinating behind the scenes with partners
• Maintain our People Ops stack with accurate information across regions and integrations
• Enhance and champion benefits offerings, ensuring options are easy to understand and accessible globally
• Serve as a trusted contact for employee questions, turning inquiries into clearer documentation and processes
• Streamline repetitive tasks with automation and AI tools to free up time for human touchpoints
• Foster an inclusive asynchronous workplace with clear written communication across time zones
• Listen to employee feedback to continually refine the employee experience
• Collaborate with Talent to create a cohesive transition from candidate experience to onboarding
• Nurture distributed culture through development and engagement initiatives
