Responsibilities include administering cycles, audits, and timekeeping, along with payroll system configuration and process improvement within Dayforce HCM. A detailed, deadline-driven professional will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years payroll experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years payroll processing experience in multi-state payroll and compliance reporting.
• 3+ years experience supporting US payroll operations and payroll compliance requirements.
• Proficient with Dayforce HCM and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for US & UK.
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state regulations, international pay practices, and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR for deadlines, auditing, retroactive adjustments, and off-cycle payments.
• Maintain payroll reporting and respond to employee inquiries.
• Support payroll system configuration updates in Dayforce HCM.
• Adhere to auditing procedures and validate state tax allocations and notices.
