Job summary

GM Performance Power Units is seeking a Payroll Analyst to lead end-to-end payroll for US and UK operations. You’ll partner with HR to ensure accurate processing, compliance, and reporting across multiple payroll cycles and platforms.

You will apply strong analytical skills and attention to detail to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and continually improve payroll processes within Dayforce HCM and Excel-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of payroll experience with multi-state and compliance reporting.
• Experience with Dayforce HCM and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls for US & UK employees.
• Ensure compliance with US federal/state regulations and international pay practices.
• Coordinate with HR on deadlines, auditing, and off-cycle payments.
• Maintain payroll reporting accuracy, including tax filings and wage garnishments.
• Support payroll system configuration updates in Dayforce HCM.
• Audit procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance for each cycle.
