Job summary

GM Performance Power Units is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll for US and UK operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across multiple cycles. You will partner with Human Resources to support compensation strategies and drive payroll excellence.

Responsibilities include administering bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls, maintaining timekeeping accuracy, and supporting reporting, audits, and system configuration in Dayforce HCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
• At least 3 years of multi-state payroll experience.
• Experience with Dayforce HCM and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of US and UK payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer bi-weekly, monthly, and off-cycle payrolls.
• Ensure compliance with US/UK payroll regulations.
• Coordinate with HR on deadlines, audits, and adjustments.
• Prepare payroll reporting and tax filings.
• Lead timekeeping and bonus/compensation administration.
