Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi in London is seeking an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operational backbone of our fast-growing jewellery ecommerce brand. You’ll own demand planning, inventory strategy, logistics, and vendor relationships, shaping processes as we scale globally.

You’ll partner with the Founder to build systems that enable rapid growth, manage stock across UK, EU and US, and drive cost efficiencies while maintaining exceptional service levels. Hybrid role with in-office days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning, preferably in fast-growing DTC e-commerce (fashion, accessories, lifestyle).
• Strong analytical background; you think in spreadsheets and can build forecasting models.
• Day-to-day operations execution: booked shipments, managed lead times, liaised with 3PLs, owned logistics schedules.
• Proficiency with Shopify and warehouse management systems; familiarity with ASNs and inventory reconciliation.
• Financial literacy: cash flow, inventory carrying costs, and informed spend decisions.
• Import/export experience: customs, tariffs, documentation, or international logistics.
• Experience in jewellery, fashion or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Own Demand Planning & Inventory Strategy to forecast stock across UK, EU, US and trigger reorders.
• Manage Supply Chain & Production: orders, lead times, production calendars, quality issues, and supplier deductions.
• Oversee Global Logistics & Warehouse Operations: international shipments, customs, ASNs, and inventory integrity.
• Coordinate Collection Administration & SKU Management: product data, barcodes, HS codes, and Shopify uploads.
• Handle Commercial & Import/Export decisions: routes, HS codes, invoices, and freight costs.
