Job summary

Bijoux De Mimi in the UK is seeking an autonomous Operations Manager to own the end-to-end supply chain, demand planning, and global logistics for a fast-growing jewellery brand. This is not a coordinator role; you will drive forecasting, inventory strategy, and stock availability across regions.

You’ll partner with the Founder, build scalable systems, manage multiple warehouses (UK, EU, US), and own supplier relationships from quotes to lead times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or Demand Planning in fast-growing DTC.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable building forecasting models.
• Experience booking shipments and managing lead times with 3PLs.
• Familiarity with Shopify and warehouse systems for data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and inventory strategy across regions.
• Forecast sales using historical data, growth rates, and seasonality.
• Manage global logistics, carrier relationships, and customs.
• Oversee production coordination and supplier lead times.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies.
