Job summary

IAG Cargo is seeking an Operations Performance Analyst to drive operational effectiveness across Worldwide Operations. You will deliver meaningful performance insights, quantify disruption impacts and support data-driven decision making to improve performance, cost, customer experience and productivity.

You will partner with operational teams to develop metrics, dashboards and actionable recommendations, leading or supporting improvement initiatives to realise benefits and support the Worldwide

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in data or business analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel), SQL and BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau.
• Right to live and work full-time in the UK indefinitely.
• Able to pass a Criminal Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver operational metrics underpinning performance, cost, customer experience and employee targets.
• Provide timely, accurate data and insight to improve performance (KPIs, SLAs, productivity).
• Analyze data trends and perform root cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain real-time dashboards for visibility into operational performance.
• Lead or support improvement projects and track benefits delivered.
• Collaborate with operational teams to drive data-driven decision making.
