Job summary

IAG Cargo is seeking an Inventory Executive to own inventory performance on key lanes, using data to optimise flight setups, capacity and pricing. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Planning to drive contribution growth in a dynamic market.

The role requires strong analytics, experience with SQL/Tableau/PowerBI, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to lead improvement projects and supply chain optimisation.

Qualifications

• Experience with direct data sources (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) to create reporting.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and/or transformational projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the Inventory performance on key lanes and optimize flight setups using data and market insights to maximise contribution.
• Review capacity utilisation vs forecast and track core KPIs like contribution and market share.
• Conduct regular analyses to optimise contribution and forecast performance with internal tools.
• Monitor competitor activity and market share to adapt strategies and protect performance.
• Manage inventory position against demand forecasts and adapt lanes to a dynamic market.
• Collaborate with Sales and Planning to optimise pricing and allocate capacity.
• Lead transformation initiatives and coordinate with offshore suppliers as needed.
