Job summary

IAG Cargo is seeking a skilled project manager to drive transformational initiatives within a global airfreight logistics setting. You will manage end-to-end delivery, budgeting, and governance, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to secure successful outcomes.

The role requires strong planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with hybrid working arrangements and access to travel benefits and development resources.

Qualifications

• Proven project management and planning experience.
• Experience of planning and delivering business change activities at a project level.
• Experience in owning and driving effective identification and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across various levels, including senior management.
• Experience working with or within a PMO for governance, planning and reporting.
• Exposure to end-to-end business case development in large organisations.
• Financial literacy and engagement with Finance and Reporting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver transformational projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Gather, analyse, and integrate supplier proposals to drive optimal solutions.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with critical paths and risks.
• Maintain change management processes and balance constraints with priorities.
• Collaborate on resource planning and allocation across the organisation.
• Deliver clear communication to stakeholders at all levels throughout the lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Embed change through effective business change plans to minimise disruption.
