Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Desktop packages including Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of risk and issue management processes.
• Robotic Process Automation (UiPath) is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Work with the accountable project manager and business subject matter experts to ensure the product is fit for purpose.
• Analyse as-is processes and designs to-be state and determine changes.
• Document process information using BPMN diagrams or flowcharts.
• Design and manage changes to business processes.
• Coordinate process sign-offs and support test planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and training to ensure adoption.
